Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was noisy and hard to regulate. The service was excellent, especially for our special anniversary trip. The location provided stunning views, but some amenities required additional charges. The dining options were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel offers huge rooms with a really large bathroom, spotlessly clean and spacious. Despite being the low season, the degree of activity maintained was impressive. The king-sized bed is exceptionally comfortable. However, the service was a bit unaccommodating at times.
The hotel was located alongside the pool, and the rooms had their own porch with chairs to lounge on – more like a Butlins chalet – which certainly made up for the initial disappointment. The service was warm and friendly, performing traditional dances during dinner, but they were not helpful with concerns like the Wifi service. The location was convenient, beautiful under the limestone cliffs, slightly off the main town area, and away from the beach. The dining experience was fantastic for starting the day, but it could have been a bit better in terms of value for money. Overall, would recommend for peace and quiet away from the action in Ao Nang.
I must say, the hotel's location is truly fantastic, surrounded by beautiful limestone cliffs and offering a great view. The rooms are really nice and big, with a huge bed and a gorgeous bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay a delight. Although the breakfast wasn't the best, the overall experience was enjoyable.
The hotel offers modern ground-floor rooms with updated bathrooms, making it convenient to access. However, some rooms were not ready upon arrival. The traditional dances performed by the warm staff during dinner truly added a memorable touch to my stay. Although slightly off the main town area, the location felt like a peaceful retreat in the midst of nature, with transport available to the beach. The dining experience was above average, with a large selection including hot Thai dishes and British favorites. The facilities were enjoyable and well-maintained.
